Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Lethe Host services for any of the following purposes:

• Hosting, sharing, or distributing child exploitation content of any kind.
• Hosting malicious software, viruses, or trojans on our servers.
• Running or controlling botnets.
• Engaging in attacks aimed at disrupting or damaging other servers or networks, including spoofing, packet spoofing, or port scanning.
• Distributing or storing content that is illegal in the country or region where the server is located.
• Using servers for cryptocurrency mining.
• Involvement in carding or any related financial fraud activities.
• Sending spam emails or operating unconfirmed mailing lists.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems or services.
• Scanning or probing third-party servers or networks without permission.

Violating this Acceptable Use Policy may lead to account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Technical Support

We provide technical support in English only. We do not tolerate profanity, offensive language, or any form of abuse during communication with our team. Any such behavior may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of services.
Any direct threat or insult directed at our staff will result in immediate service termination without a refund.

Technical support is strictly limited to the direct customers of Lethe Host.
Third parties or clients of our customers are not entitled to receive direct support from Lethe Host. Under no circumstances should they be given account access credentials such as passwords or passphrases.
It is the responsibility of the Lethe Host customer to ensure compliance with this rule.

Backups & Data

Lethe Host does not guarantee backups. The customer is solely responsible for managing and securing their own data.
Lethe Host is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime

Lethe Host strives to provide its services 24/7/365 using all commercially reasonable efforts. However, the client acknowledges that the service may occasionally be inaccessible due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
• Unexpected hardware or software failures
• Telecommunication issues, DDoS attacks, or external network problems

Lethe Host is not responsible for downtime caused by user actions or force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

Lethe Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of its Services at any time, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) cases where:

• You violate any term of this Agreement,
• You breach applicable laws or regulations,
• Your actions pose a risk to the integrity or security of Lethe Host systems or its clients.

Such termination may lead to the loss or deletion of all data associated with your account.

Lethe Host may, but is not obligated to, provide advance notice of termination unless such notice is deemed inappropriate or harmful to Lethe Host’s interests.
All fees paid are non-refundable, and any outstanding fees prior to termination will be immediately due, including legal or collection costs incurred by Lethe Host.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will be revoked, and you must cease all use of Lethe Host services without delay.

General

Offshore servers do not provide immunity for illegal actions or attacks on networks or individuals. Such misuse is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without notice. Our services are meant to provide privacy and security, not immunity from the law.

Lethe Host is not a bulletproof hosting provider. We do not tolerate spam, phishing, unauthorized access, network abuse, illegal content, open proxy services, malware distribution, botnets, extremist content, or unauthorized cryptocurrency mining. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.
